Maintenance Tech - (Ypsilanti, MI)

Charter Township of Ypsilanti Maintenance Tech Maintain building mechanical equipment. Perform repair, renovation and new construction in Township buildings and grounds. Assists with mechanical repair of equipment, machinery and vehicles as needed. Graduation from High-school supplemented with technical training/background in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry, and 3 yrs of building mechanical maintenance or in the skilled trades. Travel expected with this position so employee is required to possess a valid driver license and maintain a good driving history Michigan Driver License with valid drivers license Type A, with air brakes, preferred.
