Fleet Service Technician - (Pittsburgh, PA)

As a Fleet Service Technician with Bossa Nova you will be tasked with ensuring the expertise of our robotic systems to complete daily operations. Your responsibilities include traveling to stores in your service area to troubleshoot and repair robots. Logical troubleshooting background will be critical in this role. You will need to have good people and issue solving abilities in order to quickly communicate both issues and insights with Engineering and Operations teams. You must become familiar with the product, strategy, and the customer's business in order to communicate effectively. Must be willing to travel on a semi-regular basis to observe and report back to the team on robot activities as well as perform required repairs. Responsibilities Extensive travel, including some international, is anticipated (30% to 50%) Provide primary post-sales in-field technical support for assigned service area Provide in-field support and training to Regional Service Technicians
