Quality Control Technician - SC - (Green Pond, SC)

PRINCIPAL PURPOSE: Position is responsible for understanding processes and procedures related to the Quality Management Systems KEY FUNCTIONS: Receiving Inspection Conduct Receiving inspections on incoming raw materials according to established procedures Record and maintain receiving inspection results Completes 1st article quality reports, as required In-Process Verification Verifies the calibration of all inspection test equipment Maintains gage calibration database and records Perform product test and records results during product manufacturing Ensures adherence to production practices and product quality standards Assists in the documentation of and resolution of nonconforming material and process discrepancy Maintains work area orderliness and cleanliness Final Product Testing Perform final product test and release according to established procedures Review all paperwork, including device/drug history records (DHR)
