Job DescriptionDriver Recruiter Needed! We are looking for a Recruiter who will drive recruitment philosophies, strategies, processes and sourcing supplies that deliver high-quality candidates effectively to the organization ensuring a pipeline sufficient for future demands. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment efforts including sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, and arranging travel of candidates to fill open positions, while being accountable for meeting the hiring goals of the organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Utilize various social media methods to deliver and drive candidate traffic to the PST’s career site. Creatively source and develop a pool of qualified driver, and other candidates through the use of traditional and non-traditional techniques including networking, social media channels, cold-calling/direct sourcing, job fairs, employment agencies, internet searches, postings, etc.
