Position overview: Plan, design and implement an effective talent acquisition process for management, exempt, and non-exempt staff within Berkshire Health Systems. Background 3 yrs in Human Resources Department, preferably in healthcare/human service environment with focus on extensive interviewing background and with demonstrated decision making responsibilities required. Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws/regulations required. Education and Training: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Administration, Business, or related position, or three years equivalent background in Human Resources or employment services considered. License, Certification & Registration: None Other Qualifications: Demonstrated evidence of strong people skills. Strong verbal and written correspondence abilities. Demonstrated expertise to effectively interact with all levels of staff in a professional manner. Expertise to work unaided in a busy office setting.
