Acquisitions Editor - (Albuquerque, NM)

Reporting to the director of publications, the acquisitions editor acquires content for publication, including soliciting manuscripts, working with authors to ensure high quality articles and handling submissions for the Publications Department of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists, a national nonprofit association with more than 155,000 members. This position also proofreads, edits and fact checks materials; writes content; and obtains details and artwork for publication. Telecommuting, contract and remote work are not an option.
