Production Supervisor - off shift - (Lima, OH)

SUMMARY: Directs and coordinates activities of production department in processing materials to produce a finished packaged product. Directs and coordinates hourly plant employees in the process of manufacturing products using our Mission Statement while keeping Safety, Quality, Service and Profitability in mind at all times. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Coaches all employees on safety and ensure safety policies are followed. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Review all accident and incident investigations with the objective of taking action to eliminate future occurrences. Ensures that safety activities by production associates are accomplished as outlined in the plant's safety program. Maintains quality by establishing and maintaining organization standards. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
