Director of Production Spencer, IA $150-175K + 40% bonus, stock options Our manufacturing client is seeking a Director of Production for their Spencer, IA facility. This facility is located within a day’s drive to Okoboji with many activities to do for the whole family throughout the year. This Director of Production will be the #2 person at this facility and will have responsibility for all production operations, including the shop and assembly production operations. Critical responsibilities: Direct the production and assembly within the operation. Implement plans and programs to enable the best operating procedures. Manage the assembly of the equipment as well as oversee all assembly, production, paint, materials and lean manufacturing. Control production within the operation, partnering with internal & external stakeholders ensuring execution on production and delivery.
