Vice President PSH Medical Group - Academic Division - (Hershey, PA)

Responsible to provide strategic direction and administrative leadership in the continued advancement of capacity and capability of the Employer Medical Group (PSHMG) Academic Practice Division to provide greater access to a continuum of comprehensive ambulatory and outpatient services across the region. Provide clear direction and efficient day- to-day management of the academic practice divisions operations and performance outcomes. Lead the continued development of a high performing, accessible, and satisfying academic-based ambulatory care environment and consistent, outstanding patient and provider background by enhancing standardized, patient-focused processes; establishing performance benchmarks; guiding annual performance improvement activities; and evaluating the performance of administrative leaders across the continuum of outpatient sites.
