This will include resident eligibility, maintenance of tenant records and the daily operations of an on-site rental office. Responsibilities Monitor systems and procedures to ensure uniform compliance with LIHTC and all Federal and local fair Housing regulations and ordinances. Review LIHTC Recertification applications to ensure income eligibility and complete income verifications on an annual basis. Works collaboratively with the Intake Department to ensure full occupancy of the program. Interview tenants regarding household composition, income, and assets.
