Assistant Accounting Manager - (Cincinnati, OH)

Are you tired of the cold?-- We are located in Sunny Southwest Florida!---- Under the direction of the Accounting Manager, and according to established firm and accounting policies and procedures, supports the delivery of quality accounting services. Prepares journal entries, maintains and reconciles ledger accounts. Balances books periodically and assists with the preparation of profit and loss, and balance sheet statements. Observes confidentiality of client and firm matters. Works collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environment. --- Min of two years related experience and/or training. --- Strong organizational and issue solving abilities, people skills and attention to detail. --- Expertise to work efficiently and proactively within a team environment --- Compiles and analyzes financial info to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions. --- Performs monthly bank and petty cash reconciliations.
