Fickling Management Services has an immediate opening at our Lullwater at Riverwood community in Evans, GA. As a Leasing Specialist, you are the face of our community. Interacting with our clients and providing them with outstanding, impeccable service is the focus of your job. Your day will consist of a variety of tasks including leasing apartments, marketing our community and ensuring our residents are happy. Our perfect candidate would: 1 Be self-motivated and energetic 2 Have at least 1 year of customer service background 3 Be able and willing to work weekends and after hours as need for special events 4 Consistently be on time without exception 5 Have a professional & polished appearance and demeanor 6 Enjoy marketing and meeting new people 7 Have a current understanding of MRI is a plus (if not, we will train!)
