Property Manager - Tax Credit - (Richmond, VA)

Established Property Management firm is seeking to hire a Full time, experienced Affordable Property Manager to manage a Tax Credit multifamily community in Richmond, VA. Seeking an individual with excellent people skills, who is enthusiastic and customer service oriented. Candidate must be motivated, hardworking and have a min of 3 (3) years in Tax Credit and Section eight apartment management. JOB SCOPE AND PURPOSE To assist in leasing, and administrative operation of the apartment community in a manner that meets or exceeds budget standards. Performance at the direction of the Regional Property Manager, Director of Property Management or President of Lawson Realty Corporation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Recommend, implement and coordinate competitive rental rates and effective rental practices in order to maximize occupancy rates, minimize vacancy loss and minimize rental loss due to bad debt.
