Casino Service Representative - (Roland, OK)

Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Includes the following (Other duties may be assigned): * Cash out tickets for guests at machines. * Make change for guests at machines. * Perform player's club duties when assigned. * Help promote a fun and entertaining environment for our guests. * Be familiar with all of the casino games in order to better serve our guests. * Help keep area neat and picked up. * Must maintain P&P as well as MICs at all times. * Perform other job related task as assigned. Requirements Qualifications: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES * Maintain professional, friendly customer service skills. * Requires cash handling skills. * Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time. * Must be able to work in a smoke filled environment. * Must be able to obtain a Cherokee Nation Gaming License. * Must have a valid driver's license.
