Cook/Baker - (Loma Linda, CA)

JOB DETAILS: This position will support LLUMC's strategic plan and the organization's mission to continue the teaching and healing ministry of Jesus Christ, while embracing the core values of compassion, Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, and Wholeness. Prepares food items according to menu and production forecast. Assures accuracy and quality acceptability of recipes and food items produced. Assists with maintaining overall cleanliness and sanitation of cook's area. Performs other duties as needed. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Able to keyboard 40 wpm. Able to read; write legibly; speak in English with professional quality; use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment required for the position; Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others; work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure; collaborate and accept direction.
