Job summary Summary: The Barista is responsible for daily execution of the Mission Statement, which includes providing 1st Class Service to both internal and external guest. Ensuring that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging guests, maintaining solid product knowledge, providing assistance and making suggestions to guests regarding product decisions, extensive use of suggestive selling methods. This position has a strong focus on assisting guests with food and beverage, and retail. Duties and Responsibilities: * Exceed 1st Class Service standards and behavior with every guest, business partner and peers. * Treat guest and peers in accordance with the core values of the company. Regularly utilize established communication in the store. * Process all point of sale transactions in a quick, efficient manner while complying with the company’s Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures.
