Executive Chef 2 - (King of Prussia, PA)

Unit Description Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef two in King of Prussia, PA supporting CSL Behring, a biopharmaceutical company. This Executive Chef two will oversee 3 cafe operations, a newly created Artisan food program, a coffee pantry service, vending, and a conference center. There are high expectations of the client for this new business. This position will lead fifteen Sodexo frontline (hourly paid) non-union employees. The perfect candidate will be a strong culinarian with background in catering, conference centers, and have a passion for food. This position will primarily work a M-F, 6AM-4PM with no weekends or holidays. Job overview Provides culinary leadership within a medium sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training. Works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution. Key Duties- Implements & coordinates the culinary function.
