Learn more about this agency Responsibilities - Coach, facilitate, solve work problems and participates in the work of the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) Processing Element. - Distribute and balance the workload among employees in accordance with established procedures and assures timely accomplishment of the assigned workload. - Communicate and coordinate day-to-day adjustments in accordance with established priorities. - Instruct employees in specific tasks and job techniques, and ensures the availability of written instructions. - Conduct on-the-job training of new employees. - Resolve simple informal complaints of employees. - Ensure the proper maintenance of automated equipment.
