The expertise to think “outside the box” to find the right candidate and generate results in a fast-paced environment will be key in the quest for success. Essential responsibilities & Attributes for Success: • Establish candidate pipelines, maintain candidate engagement and track results of active/passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions. • Implement and utilize several daily Talent info systems to screen and interview candidates using your apptitude for technology. • Conduct behavioral-based interviews, administering candidate capability assessments, digital screening and interviewing across multiple platforms and technologies.
