Account Servicing Rep/Teller - (Mars, PA)

Role: Assists members and potential members with their financial needs, opens new accounts, processes account transactions, resolves problems, and provides assistance and details regarding products and services. Required functions & Responsibilities: N 65% Assists members with opening and closing accounts, answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve. Refers problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor, along with their recommendations. N 10% Performs various teller functions as necessary. Welcomes members and provides routine details. Receives and processes customer financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments. Posts transactions to member accounts and maintains member records. N 5% Identifies cross-sell opportunities and cross-sells services to members. N 5% Ensures appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared. N 5% Acts as liaison between members and various departments.
