Service Manager - (Murfreesboro, TN)

Position: Service Manager Category: Hourly Supervisor: Community Manager Hours: Typical range of hours is based on the community needs and may require weekends and after hour emergency services. Workdays may be adjusted based on community needs. Full-time: five days per week, eight hours per day. (min of 32 hours, average 40 hours). Physical Demands: Heavy (often up to 25 lbs) - Climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, handle, etc. Drug Screens: Pre-employment, post injury, reasonable suspicion and possible random screens. Knowledge / Skills / Expertise: Hands on current knowledge of typical apartment maintenance tasks is required. Must possess leadership skills and expertise to deal effectively with customers. Must have basic knowledge of HVAC and become CFC certified within 90 days of employment.
