Night Youth Worker - Social Services (Part-time) - (Mason City, IA)

Four Oaks is hiring NIGHT YOUTH SERVICE WORKERS to assure unit coverage, safety, and security during overnight shift. This role provides late shift coverage for the assigned unit; utilizes approved behavior control techniques to maintain unit stability; completes assigned documentation and tracking; maintains medication distribution assignment; and all other assigned support services. Responsibilities: * Strategically utilizes identified behavior management techniques and other de-escalation training to assist clients in developing appropriate behaviors. * Knows the population and is aware of individualized treatment plans. * Provides supervision and treatment intervention. * Assures consistent, ongoing, and timely provision for basic client needs. * Follows medication management guidelines. * Effectively participates in team to review case progress and provide best programming. * Maintain good team participation and interaction.
