Transportation Engineering Supervisor - (Salem, OR)

Transportation Engineering Supervisor Marion County is seeking a Transportation Engineering Supervisor to manage the traffic engineering section and associated programs. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that program goals, objectives, policies, and processes are formulated, implemented, and carried out. You will perform advanced and/or complex technical engineering work, provide technical direction and problem resolution related to program services and activities, and ensure staff and program compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Min Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with major course work in civil engineering; AND Four Years of related engineering background, which includes (1) 1 year of supervisory background or (3) 3 yrs of designated lead work background AND 2 (2) years in the specific specialty field of traffic engineering.
