IT Security Engineer - (Lewisville, TX)

This nationwide industry innovator has an immediate 60 day contract opportunity in Lewisville, TX for an IT Security Engineer. Will be primarily responsible for supporting info security functions across the corporate enterprise. This will include but not be limited to, planning, testing, implementing, and on-going vulnerability management support of all systems. The Security Engineer will interact closely with software developers, network engineers, systems engineers, compliance, and other key stakeholders. The Security Engineer will provide security technology escalation support, lead incident response efforts and remediate security issues that arise. Will also serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Info Security Operations tools, providing research, expert advice, and direction on configuration and management of security tools and software installation and deployment best practices. This job requires: • Min 3 (3) years progressive background in Info Security related roles.
