Position summary The Lane Construction Corporation is currently seeking a qualified Grading Foremen for our Springfield, VA location. This position will report to the Superintendent(s) and will utilize common concepts, practices, and procedures. Assignments include, but are not limited to: * Check / Cut Grade * Supervisor dirt loading operations * Manage the work and crew * Work with field personnel Requirements : * 3+ years of grading background * 3+ years of managing background * Effective verbal and written correspondence , and advanced technical skills essential * Able to work autonomously
