Service Technician - (Murfreesboro, TN)

Peak Living LLC. is currently seeking qualified Service Technicians. Candidates who are qualified should forward resumes in PDF or microsoft word formats. Position: Service Technician Category: Hourly Supervisor: Service Manager Hours: Typical range of hours is based on the community needs and may require weekends and after hour emergency services. Workdays may be adjusted based on community needs. Full-time: five days per week, eight hours per day. (min of 32 hours, average 40 hours). Physical Demands: Heavy (often up to 25 lbs) - Climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, handle, etc. Drug Screens: Pre-employment, post injury, reasonable suspicion and possible random screens. Knowledge / Skills / Expertise: Basic working understanding of grounds/common area maintenance, service request and apartment preparation. Must have basic knowledge of HVAC and become CFC certified within 90 days of employment. Attend any required Peak Living maintenance trainings.
