Member Experience Specialist (Personal Banker) - (Schaumburg, IL)

What you'll do in this role: As a Personal Banker, which we affectionately call a Member Background Specialist , you will be a universal employee who develops lasting relationships with our Members! You will be their financial expert, by educating them about products/services that will make a positive impact in their lives. This includes very specialized accounts, which will keep your mind engaged. (There's a lot to learn and this is a Sales position, but this job can pave a pathway to a very successful career!) This work includes: Identifying additional financial products/services that will benefit our members. Mastering the expertise to overcome objections, close sales, and meet established department goals and CCU objectives.
