Commercial Loan Assistant - WICHITA, KS Full-time 1. Participate in processing, closing and ongoing maintenance of commercial loans. Completion of all pre-closing documentation qualifications. Assist with loan closing pipeline, including working with officers on priorities for processing and closing loans in pipeline, as well as extensions and renewals of existing loans. Responsible for loan doc prep and loan closing process to ensure accurate completion of documents and proper disbursement of funds and safe handling/disposition of loan and collateral documents. Responsible for maintaining ongoing loan documentation qualifications and accurate maintenance of collateral exception tickler system. Responsible for the active resolution of collateral exceptions. Assist in maintaining Wichita market commercial loans, as appropriate.Includes contact with customers to meet qualifications/deadlines or handle administrative needs/concerns.
