Vice President of HR Service Delivery - (Atlanta, GA)

The UPS Human Resource function is undergoing a global operating model transformation. Reporting to the CHRO, the HR Transformation team will collaborate internally with our business partners, to include; HR Operations, Global Business Services (GBS), Technology and our Enterprise Transformation team to implement a multi-year strategic initiative that positions the function's focus on the strategic talent needs of the organization through consolidating program administration, re-designing global processes and modernizing our Human Capital Technologies. The Vice President of HR Service Delivery will report to the HR Transformation Program Lead, and must exhibit strong and proactive business leadership with a transformational mindset with deep background in building and expanding global delivery centers for multi-disciplinary HR services, and possesses excellent strategic thinking, service expansion/innovation ability, and change management expertise to enable the modernized employee background for UPS.
