Endpoint Systems Administrator - (Ames, IA)

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities IT Services (ITS) at Iowa State is seeking candidates for an Endpoint Systems Administrator I or II. This position is responsible for compliance and security, inventory management, administration, and support for the multitude of devices at ISU. This is accomplished through implementation, administration, configuration, monitoring, reporting, securing, and support. The successful applicant will have background managing Windows and Apple devices using Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Jamf Pro, and other technologies. The successful applicant will also have background with inventory management and securing endpoint systems. This position may be filled at a higher level. In addition to the aforementioned responsibilities, the higher level role will help manage endpoint responsibilities and collaborate together with technology partners across campus to strategize and implement endpoint technologies and initiatives.
