Child Support Law Clerk Internship $22.16 - $26.93 Hourly The Sonoma County Department of Child Support Services invites students currently enrolled in the 2nd through 4th year of law school to apply for a Child Support Law Clerk Internship. Child Support Law Clerk Interns will work directly with staff attorneys to gain background in family law litigation and become familiar with child support statutes, regulations, and policies. Interns will: Prepare moving and responsive pleadings Negotiate and draft stipulations Provide courtroom support Make court appearances Ideal applicants will have completed, or be currently enrolled in, Civil Procedure and Evidence coursework.
