Director of Operations - (St Helena, CA)

We are looking for a strong leader preferably with luxury background to join our team. You will be the operational business leader with responsibility for the property operations and financial well-being including acting as General Manager in his/her absence. Areas of responsibility include Front Office, Bell/Concierge, Lodge pool and recreation/fitness, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage/Culinary including conference and banqueting operations. You will work with direct reports (Executive Committee members and department heads) to develop and implement the operations strategy and ensuring implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives. The position ensures that operations will meet the brand’s target guest needs, ensuring employee satisfaction, focusing on growing revenues, maximizing financial performance and exceeding brand benchmark GSS scores.
