Clinical Director Thrive ABA Consulting, LLC is an innovative and quality-focused company in the Virginia Beach-Norfolk-Chesapeake Metro that primarily serves children ages 2-six years old. Thrive ABA prides itself in the delivery of high-quality and individualized ABA services to children and families in the area, serving children in the home, center and community settings. Thrive ABA is seeking to recruit a passionate and talented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and assist us in our mission to help the community and provide ABA services to any and all in need. The Clinical Director will oversee all clinical operations of the center, ensuring safe and effective treatment for all clients. Additionally, the Clinical Director will be responsible for the training and development of all RBTs, BCaBAs and BCBAs on staff. Specific Assignments include: -Assessments and Treatment Plans The Clinical Director will conduct Initial Assessments and Re-Assessments for clients of Thrive ABA.
