Physician Position Available In Miami Dade For Our SNF Facility - (Hialeah, FL)

We are looking for a physician to join our team in a post-acute setting at our skilled nursing facility(SNIF) and Longterm Care(LTC). This well respected group cares for Miami Dade Geriatric population. The physician shall perform medical histories, physical examinations, as well as review of required medical tests and documents pertaining to consultations and medical histories. Coordinate care with hospitalist team and multispecialty team. The Physician shall be a licensed MD or DO in the State of Florida. Provide Medical services as a member of the Physicians Group to our primarily geriatric client base.
