Site Quality Manager - (Anniston, AL)

BAE Systems is hiring a Site Quality Manager that will develop, modify, apply and maintain quality evaluation and control systems and protocols for processing materials into partially finished or finished materials product. This position will oversee all manufacturing related quality functions related to the Anniston AL (VUOC) facility. Working hours will primarily be first Shift operation, Monday through Thursday on a 4/10 schedule with some daily/weekend overtime required. This position will manage approx 10-15 direct reports overseeing management of all Quality activities related to Safety, Quality, Cost, and Schedule. Typical Education & Background Typically a Bachelors Degree and six years work background or equivalent background Key skills and Education Bachelor’s degree in technical field and ten years background in a Quality Assurance/Quality Control role and a min of 3 yrs of supervisory and/or managerial experience. Background operating within ISO 9001 standard.
