Industrial Water/Wastewater Design Engineer - (Grand Rapids, MI)

AECOM is seeking an Industrial Water/Wastewater Design Engineer to join our Michigan Water Business Line group in our Grand Rapids office (or other location in the upper Midwest). This professional will focus on water and wastewater treatment design for a wide variety of industries, including treatability and pilot testing, troubleshooting, permitting, process design, preparation of construction plans and specifications, construction engineering, and commissioning services. Assignments include: Technical work on moderate to complex industrial water/wastewater treatment process system evaluations and project tasks, including planning, permitting, design, modeling, and construction engineering Creative problem-solving to troubleshoot and address client water/wastewater treatment challenges Preparation of work plans and implementation of treatability and pilot studies Design team leadership Manage client and project from study phase through detailed design and construction Construction commissioning support
