Principal Engineer Generator - (Greenville, SC)

The Principal Engineer for Generator will provide technical direction, oversight, and collaborate across the technical community for Generator, Power Conversion & Electrical System related concepts, designs, and technologies. You will provide expert guidance for the development of generator designs and design practices, as well as support business critical new product introductions and cost-out initiatives through the support of design reviews and ensure world-class performance. Main responsibilities: As the Principal Engineer Generator, you will: Provide technical consultation and leadership during the design process and the design review process Promote technical initiatives related to design quality and reliability Participate in creation of design practices and design tools Partner with the generator manufacturing facilities to ensure design practices aligns with manufacturing needs Translate concepts, develop strategy
