Position title: Materials Supervisor Reports To: Materials Team Leader Location: Lexington, KY Department: Materials Employees Supervised: ten Primary Duties: Provides leadership and coordination of assigned shift in the areas of performance, safety, quality, productivity, certifications, etc.; safety and incident investigation/reporting; provides training/mentoring /development of supervised employees; has responsibility for results in, on time shipping, inventory system and administrative duties; recommends, develops and implements improvement plans.
