Job summary Human Dimension Project Manager responsible for planning, managing and executing Technical Work Directives (TWD) utilizing functional and technical project team to provide required services to meet Government requirements for Research, Curriculum Development, tailored Instruction for each designated Department of Defense (DoD) unit or Organization, Technology Development, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, and application in the following areas: (1) Cognitive Enhancement Training, (2) Tactical/Operational Training, (3) Program Evaluation/Metrics, (4) Training Development, and (5) Holistic Fitness. Based on the Master Project Management Plan, develop and maintain a project plan to achieve customer requirements and priorities. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project to include clear communication to and with all project stakeholders and required reporting. Pro-actively identifies any potential changes to project scope, identify potential risks and devise mitigation actions.
