WOM CSR, Returns Analyst - (Trinity, NC)

Position description: Responsible for supporting reverse logistics through weekly synthesizing and publishing of reports related to returns. Additional assignments include the end-to-end handling of retail returns from receipt through pick up from retailer as well as resolving issues related to those returns. The Returns Analyst will collaborate with retailers and internal business partners to improve customer service, logistics performance and retailer satisfaction through driving consistency, quality and accuracy in the handling of retail returns and related requests. Management reserves the right to assign or reassign other appropriate duties to this job at any time.
