WOM Supervisor - Retail Order Fulfillment - (Trinity, NC)

Job details The Supervisor of Wholesale Fulfillment will be accountable for end-to-end handling of orders, returns, and pricing adjustments and supervising the teams working in these functions. The role will be responsible for ensuring business and customer needs are continually met. The Supervisor's success is measured by the team's expertise to operate smoothly and efficiently, improvement to order/RMA processing time, reduction in pricing adjustments, improvement to order accuracy, reduction in RMA cycle time, and further utilization of ESKER software. Responsibilities Supervise team of 10-20 employees including coaching, development, and performance evaluations Manage employee timecards, overtime, and out of office approvals Set direction and prioritize work done by the team to support business goals Accountable to ensure team is operating optimally by monitoring quality of work (both subjective and data driven) Work in a team environment across multiple functions (customer service, logistics, accounting
