Manufacturing Training Manager - (Carlisle, PA)

This position will work with Plant Management and Regional HR to plan, direct, and coordinate the training and development activities for teammates in manufacturing. This position develops a comprehensive manufacturing training strategy that aligns to the global talent strategy and supports the overall organization. Travel qualifications up to 25% including overnight travel. Job qualifications: Works closely with Plant Leadership Team to identify and develop a strategy for Training and Development that is consistent with the overall objectives of the facility.
