Software Engineer needed for a contract to hire opportunity with SOC's client located in Hurlburt Field, Florida. Active Secret Security Clearance is REQUIRED for this position!! Responsibilities: Ã?· Performs detailed analysis, design, code development, integration, and test software components, services, scripts, and applications for computer based systems supporting Special Operations Forces. Ã?· Performs and supports rapid development efforts to satisfy critical mission needs and new innovative capabilities that enable delivery of real-world combat effects. Ã?· Enhances and updates existing software components, services, and applications for integration with new and/or updated hardware and software. Ã?· Creates and/or updates build definitions for configuring and deploying software components, services, and applications. Ã?· Designs and configures environment for modeling, simulation, and testing. Ã?· Designs and develops utility programs and tools.
