POSITION OVERVIEW Has responsibilityfor coordination and management of assigned construction projects incoordination with Operations Manager. Primary contact point with owner/ agency. Coordinates crew and equipmentneeds with superintendent. Manages subcontractor scheduling, communication andpayments. Prepares and updates projectschedule and shares with owner/ agency, management and subcontractors.
