Overview Responsible for overall leadership of aggregate production of NC West operations. Manages production management to maximize plant safety and efficiency. Reports to the General Manager. Will lead and grow all aspects of aggregate production. Manages production and delivery personnel to maximize plant and fleet efficiency and safety. Reports to the Southern Ready Mix General Manager. Will lead and grow all aspects of ready mix production in the southern Colorado area.
