QA Lab Technician - (Stone Mountain, GA)

Will train on second shift and move to third shift sun-wed night or wed-sat 5:30p - 6a 12 hour shifts QA Lab Technician needs food/beverage background QA Lab Technician requires: Background with audit compliance ( monitoring, documentation, variance explanation, etc.) Background with product changeovers (CIP, flavor changes, sanitizing, setting formulas, etc.) Background operating testing instruments (Carbo Qc, HPLC, Densitometers, Water Testing, etc.) Background following standards of operations (SOPs) Background calibrating instruments (making adjustments to ensure accurate measurement, ) Background with microbiology ( product sensitivity, Category three and Category four products, etc.) Background with reverse osmosis/water treatment systems (permeated technology, etc.) Background with cooling/ammonia systems (able to trouble shoot and maintain, etc.) Background with mechanical systems (general trouble shooting, cleaning and reassembly, .)
