The primary purpose of this position is to provide expert civil engineering technical support in developing and modifying less complex, multi-year contracts for civil engineer services to include but not limited to pest control (entomology), grounds maintenance, custodial services, etc. as well as numerous AF Form nine service contracts,Responsibilities IDIQ service contracts, BPA service contracts, and GPC service contracts for civil engineer; and serve as functional specialist in performing surveillance and management of contractor performances in these areas. Maintains surveillance over less complex civil engineer base maintenance and repair service contracts. Serves as a Team player.
