The primary purpose of this position is to provide program management and technical judgment to facilitate the transfer of directorate technology, intellectual property, processes, and products to practical applications outside the Air Force. Responsibilities Manages all directorate technology transfer activities Directs outreach to national, regional and local institutions to create partnerships and agreements to increase technology transfer opportunities for AFRL/RI technology and enhance the expertise to increase patent and license opportunities Develop Partnership Intermediary Agreements, Patent License Agreements, Educational Partnership Agreements, Commercial Test Agreements, Software Use Agreements, and Technical Memorandums of Understanding.
