The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Deputy to Director of Civilian Personnel Operations in the Directorate of Personnel Operations, responsible for assisting in implementing policies, executing authorities, and providing guidance, standards and processes for the directorate's mission.Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of subordinate civilian divisions within the Directorate of Personnel Operations at AFPC, planning, organizing, and managing the activities of the directorate. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Directs, coordinates, and oversees work through subordinate supervisors. Represents the Directorate of Personnel Operations with a variety of major commands, installation and functional area organizations.Travel Required
