JOB OVERVIEW: The Clinic Supervisor is responsible for the coordination and supervision of daily operations in order to provide safe, efficient, cost effective and quality services to patients. The Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the office and acts as a resources to staff and physicians. The Supervisor participates in program development and department performance improvement. The Supervisor consistently demonstrates the core values of Enloe Medical Center and serves as a role model to other employees. EDUCATION / TRAINING / BACKGROUND: Min: 2 Years clerical background in medical setting. 1yr supervisory background in hospital based clinic service or medical practice setting. Desired: Associates or Bachelors degree in business, healthcare, or related position. Membership in a professional organization and attendance to conferences regarding management and supervision of employees.
